JUDr. Alena Lišková Associate

Alena Lišková graduated from the Faculty of Law of Pavel Jozef Safarik University in Kosice. During her studies, she worked as a legal assistant in a law firm in Kosice and later, during the Erasmus program in Prague, she worked as an intern in the legal department of an international company. After graduation, Alena worked as a corporate lawyer at a financial institution in the Czech Republic, where she focused mainly on commercial law, AML and compliance. In 2019, she was granted the degree of Doctor of Laws (JUDr.) at Comenius University in Bratislava.

Prior to joining RELEVANS, Alena has worked in a multinational law firm in Bratislava, where she focused on commercial law, M&A, labour law, RPSP and litigation. Alena actively communicates in English.

Expertise

Alena focuses mainly on commercial law, M&A, corporate agenda, RPSP and GDPR. In addition, she is engaged in contract drafting and legal analysis.
