JUDr. Martina Krupcová Attorney at Law

Martina Krupcová is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Comenius University in Bratislava (2011). In 2015, she was registered in the Slovak Bar Association’s Register of Attorneys at Law.

Prior joining RELEVANS, she worked for more than 7 years in a notable international law firm, where she primarily focused on real estate law and provided legal advice to French-speaking clients.

In RELEVANS, she acts as a department head in the M&A division and ensures professional, personnel, organizational and economic management of her team.

Martina speaks English and French.

Martina specializes in mergers and acquisitions, in which she manages M&A transactions of various types within all their phases. Her specialization also includes legal advice regarding real estate projects. She also deals with securities law and commercial law agenda.
