Mgr. Miloslav Hrehorčák Attorney at Law

Mgr. Miloslav Hrehorčák is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the Comenius University in Bratislava (1999). From 2000 to 2004 he worked in a prominent law firm in Prešov and later in finance sector. In 2011, he joined RELEVANS as an attorney at law.

He passed the bar exams in 2004. He is registered with the Register of Attorneys at Law of the Slovak Bar Association under the registration number 3886.

During his practice, he has been comprehensively dealing with commercial law (including securities and bankruptcy law) and civil law (including labour law and family law) as well as with some areas of administrative law. He is experienced in representing clients before courts of the Slovak Republic, especially in civil and commercial proceedings, as well as in representing before various authorities in administrative proceedings. He has drafted contracts and legal analyses, participated in carrying out legal audits.

He speaks English and Russian.

Miloslav specializes in commercial law, corporate law and law of companies, mergers, acquisitions, restructuring and various forms of joint venture projects, law of securities, litigation in commercial law. In addition, he is engaged in drafting contracts and legal analyses, as well as in due diligence and bankruptcy law.
